• Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse within 2 business days.
• Standard U.S. delivery typically arrives in 3–7 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking link by email.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address — no order minimum required.
• International shipping is not available yet — join the mailing list and we'll tell you the moment that changes.

The 30-day smile-back guarantee

Use UNSTAINED daily and if you don't love your smile after 30 days, email getunstained@gmail.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full. No return shipment, no forms, no interrogation. One refund per customer.

Damaged or wrong orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
